Used ...but in EXCELLENT condition. It comes in a tube marked Sandvik...and I believe it is manufactured by Sandvik, BUT.. I CANNOT identify the name Sandvik on the tool. I googled the part number listed on the tool (S12S-SCLCR-3M K4M) and found this page from Ultra-Dex http://www.ultradexusa.com/Hybrid.htm Which has the folling info.
