This tool is used to measure the thickness of metallic and non-metallic coatings as follows:
(1) Non-magnetic coatings on steel and other metals with high magnetic permeability.
(3) Nickel coatings on non-magnetic materials
(2) 4 sets of Standard Thickness Samples from the National Bureau of Standards.
(3) Certificate of Calibration Dated August 16, 1960.
(4) 4 graphs calibrating the NBS thickness samples to the dial reading on the MAGNE-GAGE.
