Here we have a nice used 1.25" extra length deep pocket end mill tool holder adaptor. Overall length measures 5.562" The shank size is 1.25" and it uses 2 set screws to secure the tool. You can use this for many tools, not just end mills, but any tool with a 1.25" shank. This one has a shank that is turned down, originally from the factory it came this way, it has not been modified, the od of the main body diameter measures 1.798" It will work great for plunging or light to medium duty side milling. I do not see a name but it looks US made. I have had several of these in the past and I have used this same photo for all of my deep hole adapters like this, it is the same exact type as the one in the photo but about 3" shorter.
