1938 Farmall F-20. Serial # FA107612. Runs good. Starts after 1-2 cranks. Even in the middle of this last winter. I put a new magneto & wires on it. I also rebuilt the carb. Engine does not smoke. All cylinders show good compression and maintains good oil pressure. No cracks or welds on the block. All tires are in good condition. Gas tank is clean. Belt pulley and PTO are operable. Transmission good. Has toolbox. Also has the PTO extension. Has magneto advance rod, but is missing the linkage from the rod to the magneto. Tractor had been poorly repainted sometime in the past, but it at least kept the rust to a minumum (mainly surface rust). All sheet metal is straight. Overall this tractor is in very good condition. Has been kept under roof. Have a CD-rom Manual to go with tractor. Contains copies of both the original owners and mechanics manuals on it. |
