1944 John Deere A war time, cast iron frame, serial #350662 number plate is hard to read but can make out numbers.Tractor starts easy and runs good. I normally rebuild the carb when they come in but this one idles so well I'm not messing with it. Tractor has an uncut hood in very good condition a few small dents on the flywheel side, also real decent grills.Appear to be operable white JD face guages, tractor is running in picture oil PSI at M,nice steering wheel, seat is not original but very comfortable,Both tanks are clean and not rusted,Brass switching valve is still on the main tank and operable, optional petcock release extension levers,Correct Wico mag and # 71 carb.Rear tires are pressed steel good condition rubber is old. 7' between the axles for hauling purposes (Note left rear tire has a slow leak and will go down) Front tires are in used condition as pictured, drawbar assembley ,PTO and guards appear to have little use and in operable condition.Muffler has a patch on, it at least the hood wasnt ripped opened to replace it :-) This is a very nice candidate for a restoration of a wartime frame A. If you would like more picture or discuss anything I have missed please e-mail and I will return messages accordingly. Thanks Chris
