This rim is 9.00 inches (over all) in width. 2.25 inches of the rim is to the inside & 6.75 inches to the outside. This helps keeps the tire and rim away from the frame and pushes the whole assembly out towards the outside of the mower . AWAY FROM THE FRAME ! Allowing for greater back space clearance under the mower for wider tires. This also creates a wider stance for the wheel base, helping to avoid roll over from being too narrow. WIDER IS BETTER. THIS IS A NEW HEAVY STEEL RIMS FOR COMMERCIAL QUALITY CONVENTIONAL AND ZERO TURN MOWERS. THIS RIM ALSO FITS A GOLF CART !
