Subject: 1/2" tool holder end mill extension adapter tooling aw

This is for a good used deep pocket extension tool holder. This is for holding 1/2" shank tools. The shank of the holder is 1" with a flat spot for set screws to hold against. It uses and is Equipped with one set screw. Overall length is 6" It is the same exact type as the one in the photo. I do not see a name on it.
