Here is a straight little MT that I am selling for my neighbor. They've owned it since 1991 and put the mower on it within the last 5 years. He is selling it because his trees are growing too close together for this size of outfit to fit in between. Sold as a unit - tractor, mower, plow, and hitch. Woods mower, # L-306, 72 " cut, real good condition. John Deere 2 bottom plow, tire needs repair [off bead], otherwise in good original condition. John Deere factory hitch complete, taken off to put mower on. Tractor runs good, has rear belt pulley [good cond.], live hydraulics, lights [needs wiring], tin is all pretty good. New battery, front tires are 60%, rears are 50% and have some weather cracking, not bad. There is an oil leak up front that looks like a fitting above the hyd. pump, pressure line, drips but should be a easy fix. Gas 2 cylinder engine, 22 hp., 4 speed transmission. Rear fenders, no rust. Overall a good little acreage tractor with some accessories. This comes from a good "all John Deere" farm in western Iowa, it has been shedded and serviced regularly.
