This is a 1938 John Deere B. The serial tag is in good shape and I will send the number out by email-only- this is to prevent a scam - I do not send second chance offers. That being said I can be reached at 1-309-337-5296 cell. We can chat about tractors and parts while I answer your qustions. THis is a nice running B. I will start on the second pull. It has had the following done to it- New valves and guides seats- new rings and wrist pins-carb and mag reworked- This tractor will not dissapoint. the hood has a few dents but is not rusted out- THe three way fuel valve works. If you are looking for a nice B this is it- I would say that after a week or less, of sanding and cleaning it would take a nice paint job Personal checks MUST clear before pickup- cash on pickup is always accepted.
