1949 John Deere M Tractor, Restored. This is an absolutely beautiful tractor. The tractor is a model M serial number 31949. The restoration of this tractor included many new parts. The 2 cylinder 20 h.p. upright engine has been reworked with new gaskets, radiator and 6 volt battery. The generator and starter have been rebuilt. The front end has had the upper and lower bearings replaced and new front tires. The rear tires are in excellent condition. The body has been sand blasted and painted John Deere green and yellow. This has a 4 speed transmission with a single speed 550 r.p.m. power take off. This has a rear belt pulley. The seat and backrest are new as well. Included is the one row cultivator and a 16" turn bottom plow. The plow is from the Syracuse Chilled Plow Co. Inc. Syracuse, NY. Model 1441F.
